Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: We thoroughly inspect every item before shipping, but mistakes happen. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Start a Return: To start a return, simply email our team at support@slipstreamasia.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with clear instructions and the return shipping address. (Please note: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs for changes of mind or sizing issues).
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and automatically refund the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
